Products Our Valves
CHAODA USAAn Industry LeadingValve Manufacturer
As a leading industrial valve manufacturer, Chaoda can provide products from the general service applications to the most severe applications for all major industries. We produce not only common commodity Ball, Gate, Globe, Check and Butterfly valves to international standards, but also highly engineered valves for our client’s specific working conditions, applications and individual company’s standards.
Our strong team of professional engineers using modern IT technology, both of our Technical and Engineering teams can perform FEA, design validation and casting pouring simulation to continuously improve our products and performance.
With product sizes from NPS 1/2″ (DN15) to NPS 66″ (DN1650), pressure class ratings from ASME CL150 to CL2500, our valves are available with an extensive selection of steel materials, trims and accessories, from common carbon steels, austenitic stainless steels to duplex, super duplex and high alloy materials.
We can also offer valves with manual operators, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic actuation, which can be pre-installed with switches, positioners, sensors, stops and other standard accessories.
CHAODA Metal Seated Ball Valves
The Chaoda Group is proud to be able to offer a unique combination in the Metal Seated Ball Valve industry – field proven designs, the latest in processing technology, and high efficiency manufacturing – to create the highest quality Metal Seated Ball Valve at an extremely affordable price.
We are a fully integrated manufacturer owning all of the processes required to produce severe service valves. From the design to the foundry to the machining and hard coating processing to the assembly and test, we own it and control it. This streamlined, tightly controlled system generates highly consistent product tailored to your needs at a cost that won’t break the budget.
Gate valves are primarily used to permit or prevent the flow of liquids, but typical gate valves shouldn’t be used for regulating flow, unless they are specifically designed for that purpose. Because of their ability to cut through liquids, gate valves are often used in the petroleum industry. For extremely thick fluids, a specialty valve often known as a knife gate valve is used to cut through the liquid.
Throttling Made Easy
Globe valves are used for applications requiring throttling and frequent operation. For example, globe valves or valves with a similar mechanism may be used as sampling valves, which are normally when liquid samples are being taken. Since the baffle restricts flow, they are not recommended where full, unobstructed flow is required.
Automatic Backflow Prevention
Check valves work automatically and most are not controlled by a person or any external control; accordingly, most do not have any valve handle or stem. There are many different types of check valves, including dual plate, swing, ball, and lift.
Dual Plate Check Valves are more and more popular due to its compact design, easy installation and maintenance.
